The Sea...

WE'RE HOME!!!!

All I can say is WOW! What an amazing trip!!!! But a bad cold and jet lag makes for a unhappy mama so as soon as I am feeling better I will post all my photos. I got some really great shots of Tower Bridge and Big Ben, for now I will post a couple of my faves of Piper. These photos were taken in New Quay (a sea side town in England...about 4 hours by train from London) at the Headland hotel. This is the hotel where Roald Dahl's movie "The Witches" was filmed!!!

A sweet sleepy smile...

Most of the time Piper naps in my arms but today I put her down so I could take some photos. I just love watch her sleep...so peaceful and sweet! After the nap she woke up and gave me the most adorable smile! I think she thought I was a bit nutty standing over her with the camera.

FAMILY FEET...I had my mom take a few fun photos this weekend...I had seen a photo similar to this and I just had to copy cat...it is just so fun! I think I may have it printed very large and hang it above our bed.

NEW BUSINESS CARDS...

In celebration of my new website I have decided to design new business cards...I am going to be posting a few choices and let you all vote on the final one! I want something really fun and different. I am just posting the front of each card all my information will be on the back of the business cards. Once all cards are posted I will create a poll for voting. This is the first card...I will be working on the others tonight and tomorrow! CC welcome!

Vintage Fun...

One of Piper's favorite things to do is look through all our photos albums. When I came across this photo of myself I realized I was Pipers exact age when it was taken ...17 months! I thought it would be fun to semi-recreate the photo. It was not a hard thing to do...she uses the same little rocker pictured in my photo and owns a very similar outfit! Exact age, same chair, same brand bibs, both in little red shoes. Add a little vintage effect to the photo and Voila...Piper now has her very own rocker photo just like mama!

Our Little Love... It was so cold but she was having so much fun we almost lost track of time! No nap and a long day...we went downtown to see Santa (see Santa photos in Zenfolio) I did not think she would feel much like having her photo taken but she had a ball!

SWEET DREAMS IN DADDY'S ARMS...

Every night Piper drifts off to sleep in the arms of her Dada. A sleepy walk, then tucked in safe between Mama and Daddy in bed. Oh, how I love this time in our lives!
